Refund policy

For domestic orders, BRANDELL accepts the return of unused, undamaged merchandise within 10 days of the delivery date. Please email americanexoticsny@gmail.com to initiate a return.  A  customer care representative will then respond with further instructions to assist in your return. 

Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund equal to the original purchase price will be issued to the original form of payment.

International orders are not eligible for returns at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to americanexoticsny@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt.

Please note only items with the original security tag still on that item will be processed.
